Minimum Profile Sizes
These routing minimums apply to both height and width for a single pattern. Hinges, kickboards, Drawer Front Sets and multi-pattern layouts may require larger sizes. Plain and integrated handles have separate size checks in Project Studio.

Why are only Door and Panel available?
This system is designed for quick pricing, using two basic item types: Door and Panel. A door is a panel with hinge holes and hinges, where selected. Other items start as panels.
- Choose Door for a hinged cabinet door, with hinge drilling and your selected hinge options.
- Choose Panel for items without hinge drilling, or items you want to customise later.
- Enter your panel sizes here and add them to cart. You can then edit them in Project Studio to change the product type and customise the layout, machining and other options.

Download CSV TemplateThe template contains Qty, Height (mm), Width (mm), Notes headers. Add one item per row, enter height and width in millimetres, and leave Notes blank if not needed.
With headers, columns can be in any order. Use Qty / Quantity, H / Height, W / Width, Notes / Description; mm labels are accepted. Height and Width headers are required; missing Qty defaults to 1 and Notes is optional. Without headers, use Qty, Height (mm), Width (mm), Notes in that order. Spaces, commas and mm are tolerated in numeric cells.
Pasting here maps the rows directly into the pricing table above. If the table only contains the initial blank row it is replaced; otherwise pasted rows are appended. You can also paste a multi-cell block directly into any Qty, Height, Width or Notes cell in the pricing table.
