Quick Guide
Use the navigation menu to work through the Wardrobe Door Builder step by step.
Start with 1. Wardrobe Type and follow the numbered navigation buttons in order. Each step guides you through the available options for your wardrobe, including door type, sizing, layout, profile, paint finish, edges, handles, hinges and other wardrobe-specific settings.
You can click any previous navigation button at any time to review or change your selections. The available options may change depending on whether you are configuring Sliding or Hinged Wardrobe Doors.
Use the Door Schedule to review and adjust the individual size and hardware settings for each wardrobe door. For Sliding Wardrobe Doors, this includes the Handle Cutout position for each individual door. For Hinged Wardrobe Doors, the schedule includes the relevant hinge configuration.
The 2D and 3D Preview updates as you work through the builder, allowing you to check the overall door arrangement, selected profile, layout and hardware positions before ordering.
When you are ready, use the final Summary / Add to Cart step to review your wardrobe configuration, door schedule and pricing before adding the complete Wardrobe Door Set to your cart.

Configure custom Sliding or Hinged wardrobe doors using the same Sydney Doors profile library and preview system as the Custom Builder.

1. Wardrobe Door Type
Sliding: choose individual door sizes or enter the complete wardrobe opening. Hinged: each door is entered manually.

Hinged wardrobe doors use manual finished door sizes. Add or remove doors directly in the Door Schedule below.

4. Material & Thickness
25mm Wheel Cutouts: Every 25mm Wardrobe Door requires 2 wheel cutouts per door. Each cutout is 110mm H × 70mm W × 12mm deep, positioned at the bottom 45mm from the left/right door edge. The pair is charged at $32.50 + GST per door.

Minimum order: painted wardrobe doors have a $1,000 minimum order requirement.
7. Hardware & Accessories
Track configuration: Double Track for 2 or 4 doors; Triple Track for 3 or 6 doors; 5 doors may use either Double or Triple Track.
Sliding wardrobe construction: 120 mm left/right stiles, 120 mm top rail, 150 mm mid rail and 180 mm bottom rail. Routed handle size and depth follow the selected handle style, with the lower edge 1000 mm from the door bottom. Two 25mm-door wheel pockets are machined from the rear at the bottom of each door: 110 H × 70 W × 12 mm deep, with each pocket starting 45 mm from its nearest side edge.
Hinge quantity: under 1200 mm = 2, 1200–1799 mm = 3, 1800–2399 mm = 4, 2400 mm and above = 5.
Select each door's hinge side in the Door Schedule. Hinge placement editing stays here in Hardware so the configuration flows in one direction.
8. Capping Mould
Cappings are painted to match your selected wardrobe paint colour.
